New weapons - pirate legend skins, keep it PVP cosmetics

    Just like the original Pirate Legend weapons, which required Legendary Seadog, I believe the new weapons should be locked behind grindy pvp grinds as well.

    For example, lvl 1000 athena HG, which would also add additional cosmetics for Athena HG, I dislike the idea that no cosmetics is given between lvl 201 and 999.

    I do know that PvE lords would disagree, but how about we give them the beautiful greenish reskins, just like we did with the traditional Pirate Legend weapons.

    In that way, we would be able to satisfy both communities.

    Level 300 Athena HG? There's not enough rewards in between 200-1000.
    I like the idea though, maybe the green ones could be from level 50 Athena (not GoF)

    Quite sure 80% of all cosmetics are "gatekeeping". How about we simply make every cosmetic available? We remove the idea that, people will have to progress in order to achieve stuff. I am quite sure that would make everyone happy, right?
