How will Xbox/pc players be able to invite PlayStation players to their game?

maybe they will change the structure of our accounts: every cross-platform game have for any player an account on the proper site/launcher and i think all the servers are from there. if is it, you can add someone with the account Rare (hypothetically). with this add, with the account Rare, maybe we are able to play with our profiles also from the play station itself, just using our Rare profile login credentials, and also even from this forum, that it will be improved with a "search someone" and the ability to add and take control of your guilds, maybe take a better look of the profile of someone, with Hours of game, number of ships, maybe the level of the emissaries, what title is in it and even (and that could be AMAZING) the aspect of the pirate, just like an Id card (not usefull but pretty dope imo)

I had a friend on xbox invite me but im on ps5 and my xbox notification comes up do i accept it on my xbox app and it will take me to them while on ps5
