I have finished tale "The Sunken Pearl" (with all achievements), but the next tale "Captains of the Damned" is still locked. Has anyone had such a problem?

It might be worth if you haven't already hopped out of the session you are in and into a fresh session to see if that kicks it into touch.
Thanks for the answer, @musicmee! The new session did not solve the problem, I have already replayed the second chapter three times (two times yesterday and last try today) - the third chapter has not opened yet)
