    Does anyone know all the places that the final chapter on legend of the veil voyages can spawn?

    If they haven't figured it till now I'm sure someone is taking notes. Just know that the tornado boss spawn location depends on the area you started the veil voyage.

    From what I've learned over the past 3 weeks:

    In The Shores of Plenty it is nearby the islands:

    • Sailor's Bounty
    • Crescent Isle

    In The Wilds it is nearby the islands:

    • Old Faithful Isle
    • Galleon's Grave Outpost|Three Paces East Seapost|Fetcher's Rest

    In The Ancient Isles it is nearby the islands:

    • Shark Bait Cove
    • Devil's Ridge|Ancient Spire Outpost

    If this voyage is started in the Devil's Roar it will likely give you a maelstrom nearby Fetcher's Rest (for Wilds) or Devil's Ridge (for Ancient Isles), depending on where the voyage takes you along the way.
