Hello, dear developers. There is such an application NVIDIA GeForce, NOW its developers are collaborating with companies to create games. Their application is a cloud service for games. I and many members of the community think we would like to see the Sea of thieves game there, because it needs high FPS, and NVIDIA GeForce NOW is designed for this. For developers to add a game there is a matter of minutes. And for us-a long time of comfortable gameplay! I hope for you!
Add the game to NVIDIA GeForce NOW
I don't think this will happen tbh, most game pass games are not on Geforce, I suspect that is because Microsoft is trying to keep their games that are on the game pass exclusive to their cloud.
I think it would be great for players to have access to SoT on cloud with GeForce but I don't think it's a choice Dev can take by themselves.
@eggmen4044 why cant you use xcloud ? and it works quite well also i wouldnt see this happening since this is a competitor to xcloud and Sea of thieves = microsoft, microsoft = xcloud
@callmebackdraft Maybe you don't want that, but why shouldn't players who don't have access to xcloud play Sea of Thieves (like many PCs, I don't have a good enough PC to play) I live in another region where xcloud is not available at least because of the huge cost. And there are regions where the cloud is not available at all. This is the only way out for people like me, NVIDIA GeForce NOW
@pellahh I will hope that the developers will think about people who don't have a good PC and access to xcloud
Well this will probably never happen anyway.
I'm pretty sure Microsoft owns Rare or something (I'm not sure on the actual relationship, but I know they're involved somehow).
And Microsoft have their own (although not great) streaming platform XCloud. Meaning it is highly unlikely they'll put it on Nvidia Geforce.
That's just how Business works.
Play it on XCloud, Xbox, MS Store or Steam. Otherwise you cant play it, that's it.
It would be a bit like Nintendo releasing Zelda in Xbox or PC.
I could talk for hours about how bad I think exclusive games are, but really we just have to accept that's how business works now
XCloud, or don't play.
The end
@ottyman8687 If it does, then it's terrible. People won't be able to play. But I believe that if the request becomes popular, then we will find out the truth. It's definitely worth trying
@eggmen4044 i honestly dont care on which streaming platform this comes out at, the thing i am saying is that it will probably never happen because Rare is owned by microsoft, the company that is pushing xcloud.
why would they launch their game on a competitive service ?
you can also use xcloud on pc btw.
@callmebackdraft I understand, but xcloud not available to me and the price for it is cosmic. And so it's worth a try
@eggmen4044 15,= which includes gamepass, which has over 400 titles in it that can all be played without extra purchase, GFN is more expensive with 0 games included afaik
@callmebackdraft Then, according to your logic, they should add, because when they stumble upon cloud services and see the cost, they will choose xcloud and not GFN. And ONCE AGAIN, xcloud is not available in all regions and the price is not adequate everywhere

I mean GeForce Now costs like 9,99; you can get your first month of Ultimate Game Pass for 1 euro, if you wait some days after it expires it usually gives you the 1 euro offer again. I've never paid the game pass for more than 1 euro personally and I've used it like for 2 years skipping a month here and there, just have to wait up to 1 week and the offer will be there again.
