I feel like piercings would be a cool addition for Pirates who like sitting in the clothing chest and seeing what their pirate looks best in. They could simply give their character features that they would probably have in person.
There are Sea of Thieves Promotion pictures with pirates that have piercings. It just feels like a constant tease of something just barely out of reach.

All we really have for “glasses” is a monocle. I’m not asking for aviators or stuff of that sorts. Just simply something that would flow with the time period of Sea of thieves.
