This one made me chuckle..hand held harpoon gun

So was thinking this could be fun for boreding and used as a exploration tool it would do minimum to no damage and have a limited range, as well as take a weapon slot. That being said like a normal harpoon it would latch onto most surfaces and pull you to them like a grappling hook. When used on npcs and other players it will pull you to them and produce a lite stun effect that opens the enemy up to a followup attack. For balance purposes when used on a enemy the harpoon gun would have a wind up time so that you can't just stunlock a enemy to death. Just a fun weapon idea.
