FIX: Game getting visual error and crashing for the portal scene for part 1 on steam PC

If your game is crashing for the steam version of sea of thieves in the portal or taking ages to load you likely have this error.
to fix it all you have to do is VERIFY GAME files by going to you steam library, left clicking on sea of thieves then click properties then select local files then click verify local files.
