After the last update, my crewmates and I experienced a movement bug.
When you dive into the sea, randomly you can no longer move with the mouse or the right analog stick of the pad.
The only way to fix this is to log out and log in again.
It happened to three different players in a short time.
Please resolve.

This isn't new after the last update - it's a rare bug that has happened on occasion as far back as I can remember. It's obviously a hard one to replicate, and if you happened to get it to occur to three separate players in a short period of time you may have reproduction steps so it would help if you provide a detailed description of what you were doing just prior to this happening in a support ticket.
