I put all the Athena items on the boat and this commendation will not unlock..is it bugged for anyone else?
It wasnt bugged forme. You need to use the new athena costume + the Legendary (not the ghost) ship
They should update it to say Legendary and not Athena.
@sky-master-53 did you need to use the legend capstan/wheel/cannons?
