Agreed... only way currently to change the language of the game is to change your PCs region settings... then reboot then launch the game again.
Haven't tried it myself but think that should work. Let us know @Bugaboo-Bill, it's a bit of pain... but no other option, or quick option.

ye in german setup the new event commendations are half translated,sure for the most people its not a big deal except u cant english;).in th commendations menu the garstige is now the gefährlicher schädel(something like that) could be a bit confusing for new players when items have different descriptions ;)
