Scrub the boat!

While I was sailing with my crew in our galleon, I could see how some undesirable people drank more grog than our regulations dictate, and left all the cover lost with their ... gastric flows. How can I keep order on my ship without utensils to scrub? I fear we can skate and fall overboard.
