And I lost all respect for your company and already gave you a one star on the app store and hope many others follow. You didn't learn a single thing during beta, launch, and weeks after launch. You're secretive and you guys are trying to sell a service that you haven't even finished yet. You already lost a massive amount of players and your response is hyping for a roadmap and providing us with nothing but secrecy. You're like a "homeless person" that promises they'll give your money back but never does and only makes excuses and acts sketchy the entire time, taking advantage of the generosity of others. Your business model is pretty much, disgusting at best. You're the equivalent of a scammer taking advantage of people who don't know better.
In all seriousness, do you even know what a roadmap is? It's a detailed plan to guide progress toward a goal. Your 14 minute video was nothing more than a waste of time, similar like your launch video of about what we were going to expect even though EVERYONE already knew. You essentially told us nothing. "We're going to add new features, mechanics, content!" Yeah we sure hope so, are you trying to confirm something? I paid $60 and so did many others. You truly feel that you have no obligation to tell us what's coming up besides little words here and there? You all should truly feel ashamed of yourselves.

In case Rare or some fans didn't notice, all I ask is for you to TELL US exactly what you're giving us. I think it's completely fair since we paid for your service. You want to work with the community, it's probably a good idea to first tell us what you're doing, before we get something we never wanted. Don't forget, we didn't want 4-man sloops and we didn't want to be charged upon deaths. This secrecy with riddles needs to stop, you are jeopardizing the game and it's future (as if you haven't already did enough damage already).
Update
The game is already falling. Using twitch statistics, you're massively losing player's interest for the game. You're no longer at the top nor are you remaining there unlike many other games who got popularity and remained. Lets not forget, that like other games on the top, such as fortnite, Sea of Thieves not even a finished game either so there is no excuse.

And in my opinion, these scores are pretty generous. For metacritics score for users, it's far lower. But keep on doing what you're doing. Play little riddles with our money and use whats let of your fans to force others out.
