[Bug found] Missing Gold & Disappearing weapons

    After turning in a few chests, I noticed that my weapons along with the compass and spyglass were missing. Completely invisible and selecting the numbers that corresponded with those slots did nothing. I turned in about 2.5k worth of chests, from a map that my boyfriend and I found had five chests on including a captain's chest and a thousand grogs chest.

    We both had to relog due to both of us having bugged/invisible weapons. When we logged back in, he had his 3k gold still, but I now have a grand total of 0. This is pretty frustrating and I hope it gets fixed soon. I don't want to put in work towards progressing in the game just to lose it every time I log out.

    Had the exact same happen to me, went from 3700 gold last night, all my gear was gone, logged off for the night, logged in today 0 gold

    Tried shutting the game and re logging still 0 gold

    I wonder if this is a bug or hackers. It reminds me of when hackers would take away all my guns in GTA Online.

    @lvl100-mage if i had to guess I'd say its an overloaded server. Chin up! Sorry you guys lost out on gold.

    My son experienced something similar to this. There's obviously an issue. And let's not go off the deep end with hacker conspiracies here folks. Get a grip.

    But obviously there is a source to the issue. And I'm not saying "aliens"... but it was aliens.

    Something goes wrong in an online game, or someone is killed by another player... immediately

    This happened to me also. I had just purchased a vanity item (pirate hook,) my inventory disappeared except for bananas, planks and cannonballs, and the hook was not in my vanity chest. After I exited and logged back in, I had zero gold (down from ~1450 remaining after the purchase) but I did have the hook.

    It happened to one of my party members also - he'd just made a purchase as well, but I don't remember what he bought.

    same here .. turned in some chests, earned about 1500 Gold, wanted to buy next level treasure maps, game hung with "counting your coins" -> had to force close. After logging in again, all my gold was lost :(
