Should be available only on steam since its steam anniversary why cant we get yr1 rewards cuz that was only for xbox make steam players special aswell by not giving the new scar to xbox players or give us yr 1 rewards it should be even tbh u have more players from steam then xbox

@alienmagi the xbox shipset is only available for the xbox series indeed, but it's disgusting in my opinion, and you are using it to divide the community through the platforms.
indeed, there has been exclusive sets for xbox, but it's very few amongst hundreds of sets.

Steam players didn't get year 2 stuff because they weren't here. The only "xbox" set that has happened has been the Duke shipset for the release of the Series X|S. A comical play on the character Duke and a throwback to the OG xbox controller. People who could get a series and played on the XBOX One, One S, and One X were not eligible.
The scar is a cosmetic to celebrate the addition of Steam players to the Seas. This scar is not like the year 1 cosmetics or the facepaint you carry on about. Those were from events that happened in the past.

The comparison you are drawing is incorrect as Steam is just a Videogame-Store while the Xbox is a console. Sea of Thieves has been released for both, XBox an Microsoft Windows. So PC-Players didn’t have any disadvantage obtaining cosmetics, as they could have bought the game from the Microsoft Store in 2018.
Pretty sure Sea of Thieves was out for both PC and Xbox in the first year. And in the same way that you’re not entitled to cosmetics you weren’t here for, players can log on after this scar goes away won’t be entitled to it either.
Y1 cosmetics weren’t out for steam because the game wasn’t out on steam at the time. Not that crazy of a concept.
