I'm fairly certain he wants Turkish to be added as one of the game's supported language options for things like subtitles and text.

You're looking in the wrong place if you think anyone here has concrete details on exactly when certain features are going to be added to the game; only the Developers know, and even then schedules are flexible, so even they don't have precise dates for when content will drop.

I'm sorry that I can't help you any more, but when the Developers decide to add the Turkish language is up to them; we can't demand exact times from them because even they don't know.

No, to show you what it's like when you can't understand someone else's language - except in their case, it's English. Then again, I could be wrong - for all I know, he does speak or understand English; most educated foreigners certainly seem to.
