Starting download 37.07 GB...

    I'm stuck on Starting download 37.07 GB for a couple days now.

    I tried everything fron this site:

    and everything from this site:
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/apps_windows_10-winapps-appscat_games/sea-of-thieves-stuck-on-install/1844a88d-1ae9-41d1-9c22-19edefb9a413

    I have no antivirus (just windows defender) or firewall installed, no VPN or anything that would block the connection. I can donwload or update any other app from the Microsoft Store, just not SoT...

    I can downloaded the game on my Xbox using the same internet connection, so no problem here

    Please help me, i really would like to play the game!

    It is a problem of windows, a disastrous management of the downloads ..
    Try this: 1. Restore the store 2. Delete the cache folder and create a new one https://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-store-cache-may-damaged 3. restart the pc 4. open the store, remove your account and try to download again (without logging).

    Thanks for the advice,

    I opened a support ticket, it got closed without resolve, dont know why

    I tried to reset to store and delete the cache many times but no sucsess.

    @QuietRobot Thanks for the advice, now when i try to download the game i get the message "Acquiring license"

    I think all i can try now is to reinstall Windows...

    That's strange, try opening a new one. Maybe it was a mistake

    @quietrobot Thanks again for taking the time and trying to help me. I tried everything but everytime I try to install SoT I get the same message = starting download 37,7

    @kingst0ke I'm sorry, at least that worked for me (but through the download I have to pause and forget to start so it does not get stuck).
    Maybe with the update of May it is solved, at least they added changes in the management of the downloads.
