Local indigenous tribes

  • Hi was thinking while fighting constant hordes of skeletons that as in the Caribbean during pirate times there were locals populating some islands. Could you introduce tribes to the game along side skeletons as a new threat? Would be cool to have different types with different weapons. some may ignore you some will attack on sight and some only if you get close. You could also have tribe camps with a special loot chest guarded by a tribal chief for you to try and take. limitless possibilities with this idea. Thanks

  • Ideas sound, but I recall something in the lore suggesting this place is basically cut off from the outside world and used to have natives, but they were all wiped out by something, also I thing they are what make a lot of the island skeletons.
    Still it could easily be written in to accommodate the idea.

  • Good stuff. SoT needs more variety in enemy NPC.. thou you will need different areas w different Ethnicities else the Politically Correct culture wont accept it. Shores of plenty could have small English settlements/camps/enemies.. The Ancient Isles could have Pirate settlements/camps/enemies.. Wilds Indigenous.

  • I like the idea of new enemy types but if I’m honest I’m not really a fan of them being indeginous tribes. I think that could end up getting some complaints about stereotyping amongst over things...

    Maybe marooned rogue pirates or things like that would be a better option. :)
