Literally can't play the game. HELP!

I meet the system requirements, took forever to download for some reason, got the "Ashbeard" error, I have tried every possible method of fixing it and nothing works, I can't even sign into the Xbox app, i click "Sign in", something blank and nameless flashes for a second and it say "sign in" still.
HELP!
