Okay, so my buddy and I raided Kraken Watchtower while active, cleared it with no bugs or issues. However, once we cracked the vault and started clearing it... We noticed every item on the lower shelves couldnt be grabbed. When you jump in front of it, you can see the "press X to pick up (insert item)" but without enough time in the air to jump to grab. Probably just a leftover collision wall, but a bit annoying when some juicy loot spawns in those spots.
