Trolls are still using the system to force player out. The system you created to fight the is now a tool for them.
Had a really bad experience and reminder of how bad the jail system yesterday and I wish you would change it.
Add a time limit or remove it please once and for all. The jail system really goes against the Pirate code that you've lay down.
Being forced into the jail by to randoms who entered the game is not acceptable

I'll post my response in this thread instead of both for you though as your two comments do warrant a reply.
The closed crew option was introduced to try and stem the amount of brig activity that we were seeing, but sadly it can still happen, especially if two friends happen to join together into a ship and decide to take it over this way - which don't me wrong is abhorrent behaviour.
If you want to try and crew up for something like this really I would say try and join a Discord crew - at least then you can send out a shout to the rest of the Discord members and there is some comeback if they happen to react this way (which I would hope they wouldn't).
Also - Forts are designed not only to be a PVP draw, but also to be worked on by larger crews, Rare never really stated that they intended for smaller crews, such as sloops to really be able to blitz these, which is why the 2 man crew can struggle at them.
I hope you have a better time sailing, but please... don't post multiple threads, no matter how angry you may be.
