Something needs to be done about this. Seriously. Yes I'm upset because I was sank but it's a group activity and there's no loot to be gained from killing it. Its hard for others to enjoy an activity with people out sinking us cause we are distracted.

#BeMorePirateGriefing does not exist in this game. They found a target that was distracted and decided to engage. If you didn't fight back the fault lies with you and not them. Sorry brother don't mean to troll but it's the truth regardless. No safe spaces, you're ALWAYS susceptible to attack if you aren't careful. No example of "griefing" I have ever heard in this game comes without a solution that you can use. People overtake your ship and "grief" you when you respawn? You've already lost the battle for your ship, so scuttle it. It's not the victors fault that you cant accept defeat. The longer you leave the ship afloat the more resources you're giving those "griefers" to do so again. Put up a fight sure...but know when enough is enough. Getting "griefed" by outpost campers?? Look for a friggin mermaid man....the are SO easy to spot.
Sorry for the rant but it's getting ridiculous that people cant play the game as intended without being called a griefer or a troll.
TL;DR Griefing only exists if you let it.
