@lowbei Personally, I have not encountered any hacking yet to my knowledge so I will agree with you that Rare is doing a good job at it this far. But, I am still willing to believe that here and there, some people are still sliding through the system with cheats. Have I encountered situations that seemed out of the ordinary, sure, a few days ago I shot a guy point blank with my blunderbuss and then proceeded to hit him 2 or 3 times with my sword only to die to him instead. I chalked it up to netcode/network lag though I wasnt necessarily feeling any lag. The only thing that stood out against this particular person was turning speed and how well he was able to maneuver, which immediately let me know he was a PC player. To me that starting to be a more concerning issue.

@lowbei [mod edited] beeing a pirate legend is nothing but a title, i played the game a lot , but sadly it took long enough to realise how boring this game becomes. other games atleast gives us content , and stuff to play. except for Rare , they just produce garbage it seems like. @sir-lotus that would cost money, they couldn't even hire voice actors or pay $100 to get a decent VOIP system that works on PC out of the Unreal Asset store. This game is a joke.

One quick google search springs up potentially legitimate hacks, more than likely just another scam on many of these pages, but they're there apparently.
I will not suggest hacks don't exist. I won't even argue that people are always wrong in their claims.
But these topics are simply wasteful troll bait without something to back them up.
But hey, if that's what get's people out of bed in the morning.
Can't back it up without getting banned.
I've only run into one hacker so far. Anecdotal, but really not a bad ratio overall given the time I've spent on this game.

They're not doing anything about it. There is nothing in place. It's not that prevalent though, so it's not a major concern. There's really nothing to the game. Gold means nothing. Progression means nothing. There's not many people playing the game anyway. Cheaters tend to want instant gratification. It takes awhile to find people and do stuff on here so that's a deterrent in and of it's self.

@lowbei Like I said, only ever ran into one that was definite. It's not even a medium problem with this game.

Provide Support with as much information as possible with what was happening, their gamertags and any video evidence you have. They will then open an investigation on this issue.
