can they make an ingame overlay like you have in steam or origin. Im playing on pc, but when i need to switch to the x-box app, i can only use alt-tab what results in a disconnection from server or crew doesn't exsist. I had this a lot in the scale test, what resulted in me not be able to answer messages trough x-box

Alt-tab results in the game disconnecting? That's odd, it did not happen to me during the scale test and I was playing in fullscreen. Perhaps playing in Windowed mode helps?
edit: It might be possible to add the game executable file as a non-Steam game which should allow you to use the Steam overlay when playing. Though it's not guaranteed to work for all games.

I pres the windows key, it pops up my taskbar and start menu and from that I can move freely without anything crashing.
turn on windows notifications, It'll pop-up messages when received on the xbox app. Struggled with it from dec to feb, till a m8 told me to turn "quiet hours" off and just let al noti's come in.
