Have ordered the SoT controller from Microsoft Store back in December. The controller was released on 15th of February and still upon today, 19th of February I have not received the controller.
What is this about? Its enough that the controller was release earlier in different regions, no excuse to get it in time for me. On top of which the game is Highly over priced in EUROS! Why the hell is that? beside the currency exchange, the game is literately more expensive then in States.
As an insider, I was looking forward to this game. Under current circumstances, it makes me sick preordaining the game.

@spykus that usually covered by the currency exchange? You dont see this affecting other games by 10eu difference. Dont know much on it so cant say a lot, just seems unfair.
@spykus + the currency rate of 13eu approximately a this moment. Total 23eu difference, its significant.
@mrangrypizza I can't say for the continent price as we don't use EU over here but it's pretty standard price for a new release from a major developer in the UK £50 as digital (in fact it might be cheaper than many, Far Cry 5 is currently £55 - £70 depending on DLC).
@mrangrypizza currency exchange doesn't take into account any differences in taxes, it is a straight conversion.
some things have different taxes/import duties in different countries
so while 60 USD =48.41 EUR it doesn't mean something costing $60 in the US will be €48.41 in Europe
also on the controller release date/delivery, where did you order from? It would likely be dependent on the retailer, their stock levels and delivery options
@mrangrypizza ahh ok, I was expecting you to say somewhere in mainland Europe....not sure why Éire would be delayed/later...your best bet would be to contact the Microsoft Store support
Currency is never a fair conversion, anytime something is $50 in the UK itll likely be £50, I swear they just swap the currency icon and be done with it.
Anyway, in regards to your controller, youre complaint is in the wrong place. You should be taking it up with wherever you have ordered it from, Rare isnt in control of them.
