I see a lot of people say that the fights are soft, not lively not interesting, easy but I have the impression that people who say that do not know how to play correctly and parrer the blows and I find it hard to find videos of people who play steadily but I came across a video of summit where he makes a short excerpt from this, And personally I find that very well

I would love to share but since I played on xbox, my clips weren't allowed to be uploaded via xbox live. Sword fights are the best (far more interesting than jumping pistol/shotgun duels that you can find on just about any fps). I agree, there aren't many people who block or use the charged attack to fight. I have a clip somewhere using a charged attack to kill two pirates at once lol
@maia For me the best FPS sword fights are those of Dark Messiah but those of Sea of Thieves are correct for what the game offers it is not a realistic simulation either I had to love in Dark Messiah can repel the opponents with kick, I find that this option is missing in SoT

You have to upload the clips to OneDrive manually. If you recorded a clip, just select it and upload it, then you'll be able to share it.
Ah, okay. I'll go through some and see what I can find. I'll edit this post with them as I come across and trim them.
The only real 1v1 I could find, I guess I didn't do as much recording as I thought in beta.
Not much of a fight, but some sword action nonetheless.
@xredx-harlow I'm actually really good at swordfighting. I've beaten 2-3 people all rushing me at once with swords before. I can usually win large streaks of engagements while boarding enemy ships. Trust me, as cool as that gif looks, there really isn't much depth at all to the swordfighting.
