Still issue Closed beta access

  • i have that free access mail and i have been insider over 6 months.
    i have reset my microsoft store.
    i have reset insider hub.
    i have delete microsoft store.
    i have delete insider hub.
    i have looked my libary many times maybe 30.
    its say microsoft store no access this point.. on closed beta
    and they just info me how use key code on store
    but there is no key on that mail . no info just

    i have and they dont reply have been waiting 20 hours if they reply.
    feeling like is there is even point trying.
    best helps was try key code sure if they have gived it.
    and we know there is problems... so thats solve all ?
    and if u get this error code... how i can get that error code if
    i cant even download it on store.
    And have u checked ur libary. well what is that ;D like i have been over 30 times and reset and log outs and deletert and re install.

  • @maqer90fin Are you using the same user account on Windows as the Microsoft account in which you were invited?

  • @maqer90fin Can you try to see if you can access the game from this link?

    It should give you the option to install.

  • @el-espectro-0 its say pre-oder and i press it and its open microsoft store and then its say not available on this moment or access.

    my hope was couple sec like yayy.

  • @maqer90fin If the Support Team have not responded yet, they may have lost the ticket due to the many requests that there are these days.

    Maybe some @Deckhands can tell you how to proceed from now on.
    As a normal user I can not do much more, I apologize for that.

  • youre doing better than me. i never got the email but i to have been an insider for a long time.

  • Cancelled my pre order, I'm sure the game will be nice eventually but as of right now none of the solutions provided works for me. I've spent way more time, created way too many accounts, deleted/redownloaded opt in opt out of closed beta than It is acceptable for something released in 2018.
