Lonely Motley Mariner Drum

In the Bright and Bold Sale the above drum is conspicuously solo.
Pretty sure the shipset appeared on the pop up advertising the sale but the rest of the set is not included in Sale tab?
Is this an error?
It would fit the theme of the sale and is older cosmetics than the Rococo set.
Shame, I've got some coins needing spent.
