Hello there, I recently re-installed Sea of Thieves after about 2 years, and after playing for a while there is one thing I miss the most.
I really wish this game had more randomized loot tables. After season 11 and the make over to the quest system, loot pools from voyages feel very repetitive and stale. I kind of miss when voyages could give a wider range of loot from a low tier castaway's chests to a chest of rage. The old captain stashes and voyages of luck may have been a little overpowered, but they were super fun! Another good example is fishing, because I love the randomized chance of catching a super rare variant that can be worth thousands of gold (I in fact just caught a trophy bonedust plentifin moments ago and I got super exited and is what inspired me to make this post.)
I believe that the quest board could be more relevant again if the loot wasn't always so bad. Please consider making loot more randomized because it was one of my favorite things about the game and really made me want to explore the world more.
