Looking for crew to fight ancient Megalodons

Been working towards the wild seas curses, I have 0 problems killing all but the redmaw solo. I've yet to kill him solo without sinking once during the fight then having to sail back and hope hes still there. I've killed 6 dreads 4 redmaws so im getting their slowly but surely.
