So i have been playinn sot for a year with around 250hours and have been never banned before until around febuary my steam acount was hacked i reported it to steam support and beacuase they are insanely good i got it back within 2 days. After a couple days i went to play sot but when i logged in it said that i had the redbeard error, so i made a sea of thieves report and after 5 days they responded with saying that someones pc logged in to ur steam acount with a sot ban so i also got banned. i showed them the steam support conversation i had and that the i got hacked but they still did nothing. they just keep closing my tickets now ots been three months i have tried to make tickets i thought maybe the would help me but they still did nothing. do you guys have advice or tips? because i really liked playing sot with my friends
SOT SUPPORT IS AWFUL
[mod edit] He said steam support helped him get his hacked account back, and then sot support just closed his ticket because they dont know how to actually help people through remotely complex situations. You are right though that this will be closed because admins would rather protect employees than consider important feedback.
