this development update and they dont even mention the mimic dart omission. which just confirms the fan theory they havent even logged in themselves so they dont even realize they forgot to turn it on. crazy. why are they trying to kll their own game?

I would assume they are being careful with promising what they can deliver... Last time they mentioned it in a video and had to pull it the day after.So I assume this is just them playing it cautiously.
@keylessword4029 you are complaining about them not mentioning a specific feature in a video where the focus points where:
- Game performance
- Game security
- Player Safety
In which of those categories did the mimic dart fit ? Yeah, none of them.
Also he specifically states at the end of the video:

no they haven’t forgotten to turn the mimic dart feature on, they specifically had to turn it off in the last monthly update because of high impact issues it was causing. And after that update, well we had the holidays and all that so no wonder it was at least pushed upto the next monthly update
Even they acknowledge that the results have not lived up to the words.
If they aren't denying it I don't see the good of punishing them with more criticism about what they are currently trying.
I read some of the comments and people were dismissing supply exploits and talking about other exploits/cheats. It's good that they are addressing exploits, if it sticks, that is a win.
I completely get the frustrations, I've played through it all, I do think they should be shown grace tho, as long as they keep trying to improve the experience, which they are.
Give credit where credit is due.
Although I cannot disclose stuff as an insider, I can at least say this time around, they do look like they're trying to improve things and not rush something that's not prepared to be fully featured in a patch/update. Unlike what happened with Season 14. At least according to insider forums, there were a lot of improvements and promised stuff that were actually backed up.
Basically what Musicmee and WoflManbush are saying.
I have hope things will be better going forward. Both content and performance wise. Patience is the key now, they'll get there.

In the video they said they are growing a relevant part of the team and they said that some of their ban evasion tactics showed positive results over the holidays. They are gonna continue to work on it in a variety of ways.
