I have been getting the lavenderbeard error for MONTHS now. Occasionally I am able to get on after 1-2 hours of troubleshooting but that just isn't realistic to do every time I want to play since this game already takes ~2 hours to make any progress in. I have done the xbox ticket stuff in the credential manager (now the game is no longer creating them), logged out of xbox and logged back in with the game open, checked my firewall, reinstalled the game, restarted my wifi, tried my other wifi, checked my internet options and allowed what the official forum has said to allow, verified the game files, and tried playing it on 2 different computers. I have done EVERYTHING. I cannot get rid of this error and its so upsetting because I absolutely adore this game but it is unplayable. Are there any fixes I have not tried or am I just out of luck here?
Relentless Lavenderbeard error.
Unfortunately it seems you’ve listed all the known solutions. Usually when Lavenderbeard happens on steam you just need to launch the game but before you press any button to play, click on the sign out button that’s below Start Game and above Exit to Desktop. Then click Start Game and sign back in.
Some people experience Lavendarbeard after every update to the game, but it’s usually fixed by the logging out and in as described above.

@abjectarity I wonder if my issue is that then. I don't stay logged into the client (not by choice). When I launch I only have the option to quit or to start game. I'll reach out to support and see what they have to say. Thank you for your time!
