Cinematic Camera in Safer Seas

A lot of people in the community, especially content creators, would love to have a cinematic camera. It would be an amazing resource for footage and shots to be used in videos, and I know I'd be using it a lot. This might've been posted about before, but back then we didn't have safer seas. I reckon this is the perfect opportunity for a feature like this to be implemented.
