Rare Store order flatlined!

  • Wife and I have ordered a big swag of SoT gear for our 12 yr old’s upcoming birthday in Australia but after the initial order confirmation email, there’s been zero contact. No amount of emailing seems to work.
    I see others have had similar issues too so we’re getting real worried now.

    Please can someone make contact re our order #117152. It’s been weeks now.

  • I am having the exact same problem. Ordered for one of my son's birthdays and on my account it says shipped but no tracking number and no email about it being shipped. The birthday came and went and now it is maybe a Christmas present. Status is still the same and no amount of using the contact us, twitter or facebook gets a response.

    It's been more than a month and I would just like some sort of response to either confirm if my purchases are getting shipped or not. My order is #116931.

    Any help would be most appreciated.
