First time playing sea of thieves and I was banned on startup (red beard)

    Just got this game on gamepass to play with my girlfriend waited a while for it to download, started the game and ive been permanently banned I dont know what caused this ban please help this is unacceptable

    Gotta go through support for it up there at the top of the page

    If there was some sort of mistake with that it's the only way to get it corrected.

    @wolfmanbush thanks sent one in I been researching and it seems like bans like this seem to happen a lot, sucks that I have to go thru all of this just to play sea of thieves not a good look for new players

    it could be some stuff with that AMD driver with anti lag+ if you are an AMD user. Other random programs running in the background (depending on what they are) get you flagged for banning due to the games programming and peoples cheats and hacks.

    @obutterbot ive also heard about that but, I dont have the new amd driver and antilag+ doesnt support my card. I also dont use any of the regular anti lag settings. Hopefully this issue can be resolved quick this game looked super fun
