Lock Hourglass Behind Progression to Help Alleviate Cheater Problem

    With the open secret that the ability to circumvent a ban is really easy, I suggest that the hourglass be locked behind some sort of progression; so when hackers spin up a new account they can't instantly queue up in hourglass again.

    What progression do you suggest?

    @theprogramer64 there is another post on the forum with this same solution, try and not copy other people’s post as to duplicate it and get the subject further attention. Not how these forums work.
