To simply to make it short and sweet for waiting for long queue times in PVP or anywhere in general sailing it be nice to play card games like poker or goldfish and even place gold bets just to make it more fun as surely it will help kill the boring waiting to go somewhere or to battle. So just want to hear any thoughts or other ideas that can help with this.

Yes! While underwater in queue, the map table is completely empty. I would love to see even as something as basic as tic-tac-toe and hangman on the table to play! Betting gold (maybe max of 100 coins) would be a fun addition. Game cancels and coins returned to players if a match occurs before the end of the mini-game.
Maybe an idea is to allow us to hang some kind of net over the bottom of our ship while you are underwater thar collects supplies from wreckage while you are in the queue. The longer you are in the queue, the more supplies you gain when you find a match. You'll get stuff like wood, cannonballs, throwables, maybe some food. Another idea to kill time while in the queue is to have some sort of emote that when two pirates do the emote close to each other, friendly fire is enabled just to practice close-quarters pvp. Just some thoughts.
