So I don't care about fishing tbh. I respect those who do. But I just sold Gems to the Hunters Call to Level Up. That being said, The fish in the game are generic, after a while, Hunting the rarer Varients becomes a chore and many are turned off by that prospect. Now don't get me wrong. You can find rare fish in shipwrecks and other places and are more common now than they were when they first were introduced.
But I think it would be high time to introduce a new Fish Varient, Now since the Sunken Kingdom DLC and the Pirates Life, Many have enjoyed the Sirens, Disney Sticks ( As they are more commonly called ) and the Kingdoms themselves, The curse being Somewhat easier to obtain than most would have liked. However I would propose the idea of a Coral Fish Type, This would be easy to implement, add some coral or otherwise Siren Features to the already established Fish Type. Keeping to the already common colour scheme. You could have White and Black Varients being the Rarer types and the coloured ones easier. But how would you obtain them. Simple, By collecting a Sunken Kingdom Map either from the Bilge Rats or from The beach, players would travel to the Sunken Kingdom and send players down to complete the vault. However keep a player above water to fish for these rare fish, The catch would be would be able to be catched via the map. Not by simply going to a Kingdom without one. Another way you could catch the fish, Is by during a Kraken Event. Now the Kraken is dangerous in of itself, but through proper maintaining of the ship or skill, it can be easily used to fish for these rarer types. You could even earn more money if you fished these special fish during a event. So say if Rare didn't want to implement these fish outright. Perhaps they could hold a special event to showcase and race to collect rare titles. With the Coral Fish Idea. The Possibilities are endless
