    My friends and I upgraded the flag to level 5 and took our treasure to sell to the god of death.
    The NPC took our treasure, but gave us nothing.
    No matter who sells it, there is no profit.
    At first we thought it was the flag, so we decided to lower it. But there was no gain.
    We took the treasure to the trading post and traded, but we still didn't get any profit.
    We are Chinese players. The time to play is from 0:00 to 3:00 on July 13th, Beijing time. The server we connect to is Hong Kong, China.

    Please don't talk about Danny Trejo like that. One of my favorite NPC's

    Could be a visual glitch or delayed rewards

    typically delayed rewards show up eventually

    @captainzhupai unfortunately this bug can strike more common than we'd like. It's simply a loss of communication between the players and a server. The stuff you sold will all be recorded on Rare's side and will make it to your account eventually.

    If you're sure your gold hasn't reached you in a few days it might be worth reporting it to Rare by raising a ticket on this website.

    If it was a case of the player disconnecting from the server, I should have just dropped the line.
    Is this the nineteenth century? My takeout can be delivered to my door in half an hour.
    Why does it take a few days to get gold?

    @captainzhupai sorry, I didn't mean your connection to the game. There are many different connections between you and the various servers and databases that make up this game. There's just been a hiccup with a particular connection that manages those sales and the gold/rep that's returned to you.

    A little patience is all you need matey. The Internet can be a fickle thing.

    I've received a lot of feedback since I posted the video, and a lot of players have had the same problem as me. The problem has been around for a year.

    @captainzhupai been happening since launch day to one player or another at some point, typically during periods with very high player activity, such as a new content drop. But like I say, it's usually just a delay between you selling and the reward coming back to your account.

    If the gold hasn't arrived in your account by now, I'd suggest raising a support ticket so the folks at Rare can investigate it properly.
