The Frostbite Lantern is on the main splash screen that was introduced with Season 2.
Season 3 is releasing on the 22nd.
So unless they think of a way to release it in a week - "those jerks lied to me" to borrow a meme's phrase.

Why have they lied to you? Not everything we see on the splash screen makes it's way in to the game at the same time. In fact not everything from that set has been released yet. I do find it odd that it wasn’t included in the season. Although it feels like most of content planned for S2 eventually got scrapped or saved for a future season. Due to the lack of stuff to do for the past month.
But I’m sure we’ll get the rest of the set at some point. I just want to ship set tbh.
