Costant insanely high ping

Hello i was wondering if anyone else is experiencing my same problem (i have been experiencing it since like 4 days ago): whenever i open the game and spawn in a tavern my ping starts going up and tends to remain aroun 400-500 ms , sometimes it gets higher and sometimes it gets lower, but still it makes the game unplayable. The most peculiar thing is that while i'm on discord with the game closed i have like 30ms , but once i open the game my ping on discord shoots to 2000-5000ms . I have tried to fix this but with no result, i even tried to port forward all the necessary ports but with no success. Pls can anyone help me or at least console me by telling me that i'm not the only one with this problem?
