Logged in today for the first time using my Series X checked the shipwright chest and did not have the Duke Shipset even tried to relaunch the game but nothing, am I missing something?

Could take up to 72 hours, but you could try closing down the game completely and then joining a server again to check.
I have done this with 4 accounts, and it is there when logging in the second time for each.
