A new kraken attack idea

It would be cool if the kraken had an attack where he could wrap and coil its tentacle up the main mast up to the crows nest. If you fail to do enough damage to this tentacle it will snap the main mast causing it to break over and fall. If this tentacle detects anyone in the crows nest it will grab them and thrown the off the ship into the water. Something like this
