Hey there,
While playing The Arena, I've been placed on a sloop alone several times. My problem is not with people qutting and leaving me alone to handle the ship, but rather being penalized for leaving since the odds are very well against me.
My suggestion would be:
- Less/No penalty for leaving when your crewmates quit
- Better matching as to avoid games starting without a full crew
