I was thinking about how Rare could improve how they announce things. And while we have the "What's new" part in the front end, I think there should be something in-game and more informative. So, I suggest making an Announcement Board new to the taverns.
The idea would be to have something like an announcement board, that could be automatically updated by Rare through their backend. This announcement board would be next to the tavern's, so that people that get out of the tavern could see it.
For example:
In that announcement board there would be two ways to inform the players. The first one is visually. There would be some papers in that announcement board. And in those papers there would be something written, literally. Not a random texture where we can't read anything.
Then, if the users wanted to know more, they could interact with the announcement board (just like with NPCs), and they could read information about those announcements.
This would be nice to announce events, new update's content etc
