Massive lag during uring the last step of Art of the Trixter TT

I decided to do some more of the TTs but during the last step of Art of the Trixter, after i put down the barrel i got MASSIVE lag just in that area, its so bad its more or less impossible to be there, teleporting into traps, skeletons teleporting and not getting staggerd from sword hits and food wont heal.
Anyone else been experience this?
