So you made a video game. Amazing.
You chose to make it a live service. Great.
You introduced a currency to it that you now want to reset and revamp. Fantastic.
You want the players to be able to purchase items with the currency before you reset it. Good on you.
But how should you price all those Items? And how many should there be?
Well your Game features Sets of Cosmetics, doesn't it? Why not introduce a full set of cosmetics and price them all the same?
So a Full set of, lets say, 10 Items, each costing 500 Doubloons?
But what if not all players have equal amounts of coin?
Just recolor the sets and charge more for certain Colors. It's basically 0 effort. And Players will enjoy having more cosmetic options.
So make a Normal, Black and Gold Version and charge 50 / 500 / 5000 for each piece of the set (colors may vary).
See? That was easy. Go treat yourself to some 25$ Filtered Water, you deserve it.
Or you could just make one of the Items 20x as expensive as the others you [Mod edit]
