Sea of Thieves is one of the nicest games to look at that’s on the market right now and even without a dedicated Photo Mode tonnes of stunning screenshots are being posted every day. Imagine the beauty that could be created using an actual dedicated Photo Mode then!
Allow the player to detach the camera from the camera from their Pirate and travel around a wide area using several camera controls and effects. Perhaps allow the players to also make their Pirate do certain poses or actions to make photos of pirates more interesting.
Obviously the world is constantly alive so if another pirate comes along and kills you while you’re snapping away then so be it, but at least you might have got that lovely Twitter header imagine beforehand!
