I've started playing SoT with a few PC friends and we really enjoy the crossplay. Unfortunately it seems impossible for me (from Xbox) to invite them into my game. It only works if one of the PC players invites me.
Technically it all works fine, in game I can select them from my Xbox friends list and send them an invitation, but they don’t seem to get my invitation.
Does anyone have the same problem?
On my end, an alert pops up in the lower right (i think we can adjust the settings) that says I am being messaged/invited to a party. I just click on it then it disappears. I do have a small window to do that as the app is pretty terrible and does not store requests to join a game that I can locate.
The other question is are you in the game already and trying to invite them or at the main menus and forming your crew?
If you are in the game already, that system does not seem to be in place to invite, you normally need to log out start a new crew and start from scratch.
@nightmare247365 That might be the problem! I send invites from SoT menue. I'll try inviting from Xbox menue/ party.
